RWJ Nurses United Community Coalition is a group of nurses and community allies across New Jersey working together to win safe staffing in all hospitals.

Since RWJ Nurses United Community Coalition’s formation in October 2023, we have have held community events and nurse solidarity calls, attended council meetings, passed municipal resolutions in support of safe staffing legislation A4536/S304, sent emails to Assembly and Senate Health Committee members, and had conversations with NJ legislators, chief of staffs, or legislative aides.
